Distribution Management (DMA) associates with design and management of our distribution networks with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) towards our customers and in the overall supply chain eco-system. Includes the design and optimisation of our hub, warehouse and delivery concepts on global and regional level.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in related functions.
- Competencies in warehouse and hub management, costing, and pricing.
- Understanding of LSPs (Logistics Service Providers) and logistics partners.
- Demonstrated track record of success in delivering key strategic projects.
- Experience with Lean/Kaizen methodologies.
- SAP Blue Planet and Oracle Transportation Management
- Experience in team leadership and line management.
- Strategic and detail-oriented thinking.
- Strong networking and influencing skills.
- Understanding of customer/project business in the telecom industry.
Hub Operations and Cost Management:
- End-to-end responsibility for managing the Hub's operational and financial performance.
- Responsible for total cost management and validation of monthly Hub LSP invoice submissions.
- Analyze and identify contributing cost drivers, implementing improvements within the Hub or recommending changes.
Logistics Service Provider (LSP) Management:
- Set clear targets for the LSP to improve performance, including cost efficiency, service level, and other performance-related targets.
- Define, develop, and implement Hub metrics, follow up on service and performance levels and initiate corrective actions based on performance metrics.
Process Management:
- Develop and define Nokia processes related to the Hub, including supplier deployment, SAP processes, TMS processes, allocation processes, delivery processes (replenishment, inbound, and outbound), and return processes.
