EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must be enrolled in junior college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in an accredited school in the US.

You have:

• A strong interest in data, problem solving, and process improvement.
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including charts and formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• The ability to collaborate with teams and communicate clearly.

It would be nice if you had:

• Experience with data analysis tools or databases.

• Familiarity with Share Point or similar collaboration platforms.

• A basic understanding of supply chain or procurement processes.

• Create and update reports on components, supplier information, and order status.

• Track and analyze supplier data, including location details and spend information.

• Support risk analysis for long‑lead‑time parts and procurement dependencies.

• Contribute to improving data tracking and reporting processes, including basic automation tasks.

• Assist with maintaining procurement agreements and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
