Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in semiconductor or microelectronics manufacturing quality, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 standards
- Experience leading certification audits and customer engagements
- Expertise in statistical process control (SPC) and yield improvement techniques

Establish and enhance site quality procedures and ensure alignment with corporate Quality Management System (QMS).

Manage compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and TL 9000 standards.

Oversee the manufacturing change control process and ensure adherence to Telcordia requalification requirements.

Act as the primary manufacturing quality interface for customers and manage audit processes.
