Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in semiconductor or microelectronics manufacturing quality, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 standards
  • Experience leading certification audits and customer engagements
  • Expertise in statistical process control (SPC) and yield improvement techniques

Nice-To-Have:

  • Experience with optoelectronics, photonics, or fiberoptic communication products
  • Background supporting telecom and datacenter infrastructure customers
  • Familiarity with TL 9000 requirements and reporting metrics
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering and failure analysis methodologies
  • Experience managing and developing quality engineering teams
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing quality strategy aligned with operational goals.
  • Lead and mentor quality engineering teams focused on assembly, testing, and end-to-end manufacturing operations.
  • Integrate quality leadership into daily manufacturing processes and decision-making.
  • Establish and enhance site quality procedures and ensure alignment with corporate Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Manage compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and TL 9000 standards.
  • Oversee the manufacturing change control process and ensure adherence to Telcordia requalification requirements.
  • Act as the primary manufacturing quality interface for customers and manage audit processes.
  • Foster a culture of quality that emphasizes data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement among teams.
