As an Oracle SaaS HCM techno functional consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects, enhancements, and production incidents. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Oracle SaaS HCM platform. Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle SaaS HCM Techno functional consulting, with a strong focus on reporting, helpdesk, authorizations, and access management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and incident resolution in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle SaaS HCM modules and best practices.
  • Experience with Oracle SaaS HCM reporting tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
