Educational Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field at an accredited university in the United States.

• Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively

It would be nice if you had:

• Experience with automation tools and techniques

• Familiarity with networking or lab environments

• Build, test, and refine AI models and automation pipelines to improve operational efficiency

• Support deployment, integration planning, and acceptance testing for new solutions and updates

• Use AI-assisted workflows to analyze and accelerate CARE ticket resolution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance processes

• Document results, monitor solution performance, and recommend continuous improvements
