As the Technical Delivery Lead for Autonomous Networks at Nokia, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of projects from pre-sales through execution to seamless handover to operations and Care. Acting as the primary technical liaison, you will align project delivery with customer expectations, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget while maximizing value. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive innovation and strategy within the rapidly evolving autonomous networks sector, contributing to Nokia’s mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions that empower our clients.

Leadership of multiple technical projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and quality using PMP, Agile methodologies, and tools such as JIRA

Design, development, and optimization of telecom network solutions, including analytics, automation, and security capabilities

Strong experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams in distributed and functional team environments

Hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructures and platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP and OCP) and modern CI/CD and DevOps practices
-
Application of AI/ML technologies and data-driven approaches to improve network performance and operational efficiency
-
System performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high availability, reliability, and customer satisfaction
-
Direct customer engagement to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and refine solutions based on business needs

Solid understanding of telco network operations, autonomous networks, and next-generation network technologies

Integration of emerging technologies and industry trends into technical and product strategies

Mentoring and technical guidance of engineers, promoting best practices and continuous technical improvement

Overseeing the end-to-end solution scope in coordination with MS PM, including hardware, software, 3rd party solutions, sizing, and environment planning across development, testing, and production phases.

Collaborating with presales, sales and customers, assist MS Project Execution Owner in the pre-sales phase to define requirements, establish credibility, and ensure comprehensive SOWs, bid defense, so MS PEO can sign-off on bid documents and change requests.

Leading the technical delivery planning with the Project Manager for Market Unit Services Leader Project Target Agreement acceptance into delivery, defining phases, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies, while ensuring financial effectiveness.

Managing the technical execution strategy throughout the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, revenue milestones, and cost control, using PMP, AIM methodology and EXECUTE process.

Leading the develop and leading technical deliverables such as solution architecture, design, integration plans, and validation strategies, guiding the team during implementation.

Providing technical leadership in troubleshooting and debugging, escalating issues, and overseeing testing to ensure successful implementation, acceptance with Customer and hand over to Care.

Building strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring smooth handover to operations and CARE teams.

Managing DevOps adoption and best practices with R&D for new committed or improvement features, ensuring quality during deployment and providing performance reports and KPIs throughout the project.

Ensuring that product dependencies and analytics are understood within the context of the product lifecycle and roadmap.
