Project Management
The FM L2 engineer assure End to end fault incident problem management with main objective of resolution to SLA OLA requirements They solve the higher level of escalation in case of network incidents and are responsible for the resolution, analysis and expertise in case of complex faults that require deep procedural and technical knowledge
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in network implementation/design engineering or architecture roles.
- Experience in Project Management, managing network projects from inception to completion.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
- Experience in Vendor Management working with network hardware and software vendors**.**
Nice-To-Have:

Any certifications: CCDE, CCDP, CCNP, CCSP, CCIP, CCIE, CCSA, CCSE, JNCIP.

Proven ability to work with others to meet common objectives and customer expectations.

Possess an excellent understanding of Data Networks and telecommunications networks.
-
Experienced in designing and deploying complex network solutions, with in-depth knowledge of data network elements.

Deep expertise in routing and switching technologies, including protocols like MPLS, BGP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, and STP.
-
Proficient in network security, encompassing firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies.
-
Skilled in network automation and scripting using Python, Ansible, and Shell Scripting on Unix-based systems.
-
Strong command of network platforms such as Juniper JUNOS, Cisco IOS, Cisco Wireless, and F5 Load Balancers.
-
Knowledgeable in telecommunications protocols, including GTP and RANAPP, and Internet-related systems (IMAP/POP/SMTP/HTTP/LDAP/XML).

Familiar with a wide array of network management and analysis tools, including Ethereal, Wireshark, Junos Space, and Netcool.
