Educational Recommendation:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Interest in valuation, M&A, and corporate finance.
It would be nice if you had:

Motivated, curious, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Support financial analysis and assist in building simple valuation models for M&A and strategic projects.

Collaborate with team members during various stages of the deal process, including research, document preparation, and information organization.

Research market trends, competitors, and industry data to inform decision-making.

Maintain and update project trackers, databases, and dashboards as directed.

Contribute to annual planning and investment reviews by gathering and organizing relevant information.
