We are seeking an experienced Executive Speechwriter & Senior Content Creator to support Nokia’s senior executives, including members of the Executive Team and Group Leadership Team, in delivering high-impact speeches and executive communications.

This role will be central to shaping leadership voice and messaging across major internal and external moments, ensuring communications reflect Nokia’s strategy, priorities and purpose.

· Solid experience in executive speechwriting, senior-level content creation or corporate communications.

· Proven ability to write for senior leaders in a global, complex environment

· Strong understanding of the technology, telecom, networks or enterprise sectors (preferred).

· Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with attention to voice and detail.

· Confidence working with senior stakeholders with professionalism, discretion and sound judgment.

· Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities

· Strong collaboration skills and experience working across cultures and geographies.

As part of Nokia’s Corporate Communications function, you will:

· Write and develop executive speeches, keynote scripts, talking points and remarks for senior Nokia leaders

· Support high-profile engagements such as industry events, leadership town halls, customer forums and stakeholder meetings

· Craft speeches that authentically reflect each executive’s voice while aligning with Nokia’s corporate narrative

· Translate complex business and technology topics into clear, inspiring and audience-relevant messages

· Partner closely with executives and communications leaders to shape tone, structure and delivery impact

· Create supporting executive content, including briefing documents, leadership messaging frameworks and thought leadership materials

· Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Investor Relations and business teams to ensure consistency and alignment

· Manage multiple fast-moving and highly confidential deliverables with accuracy, speed and strong editorial judgment.
