As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the technical resolution of complex issues for our global customers. You'll apply advanced analytical skills to diagnose, reproduce, and resolve in-field software and hardware challenges, ensuring optimal network performance. This role offers significant impact, allowing you to guide technical activities, mentor others, and contribute directly to customer success and network evolution.
What You Bring (Must-Have Skills):
We are looking for a collaborative and innovative individual with:
- Over 12 years of experience in the telecommunications domain, demonstrating a deep understanding of network operations.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Nokia Net Act (DCN, FM/PM/CM subsystems).
- Deep expertise in Linux, TCP/IP Networking, and 3GPP Wireless protocols (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G).
- Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting tools, including packet capture analysis (Wireshark/tcpdump).
- Practical experience with automation (Shell Scripting, Ansible), cloud-native technologies (Containers, Kubernetes, Virtualization), and databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostGres) with Python scripting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical issues, provide solutions, and manage customer escalations effectively.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a global and cross-cultural mindset.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have Skills):
These skills would be a great advantage, but are not essential:
- Experience with 2G/3G/4G/5G network design and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Radio Access Network (RAN) equipment and multi-vendor OSS systems (e.g., Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia).
- Knowledge of Network Performance Optimization (NPO) and wireless network Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis.
- Java development experience.
- Understanding of Data Science principles, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
