WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will report to the Senior Manager of Brand Planning and Operations for Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) and will be part of the SEA&I Brand Planning and Operations. You will partner closely with the Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) Brand Planning & Operations team as well as the cross- functional SEA&I teams in driving streamlined marketing processes and tools. This role will also work operationally direct with marketing x-functional brand and sport offense teams across the SEA&I geography to drive success for the marketing function.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience/training)

3+ years in brand marketing, planning, operations, or strategic roles, preferably in a global, matrixed organization

Experience supporting seasonal marketing workflows, go-to-market planning, and consumer-led brand strategy

Ability to help build and maintain operational systems, tools, and processes

Strong project/portfolio management, resource planning, and budget oversight skills
-
Excellent communicator and collaborative team player

Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time spent working each year.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership and people management capabilities, including adaptability, empathy, resilience, and assertiveness.

Forward-thinking, solutions-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset

Proficiency with planning and collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Box, Tableau)

Proficiency with Excel is needed

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and orchestrating essential tools and processes that power the seasonal marketing offense. You will work closely with your broader SEA&I Brand Planning and Ops team to ensure operational excellence, drive cross-functional collaboration and enable the brand to deliver against its vision with clarity, discipline and agility.
Key Job Accountabilities:

Support Seasonal Marketing Processes: Coordinate and maintain the core seasonal marketing process for SEA&I and APLA, ensuring key gates, dates, milestones, and multi-season views are clear and accessible.

Facilitate Operational Excellence: Organize and manage SEA&I Marketing Homebase on Airtable. Lead the product ordering and budget management for the SEA&I Marketing team.

Partner to Build Tools: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning & Ops, Brand, Digital, Retail, Creative, Media) to develop and refine operational tools and systems that empower brand management teams.

Streamline Communication and Workstreams: Help facilitate information flow across Geo and Territory brand teams for seamless execution and alignment. Help consolidate x-functional decks with key information from stakeholders being streamlined through this role.

Enable Strategy Activation: Support the implementation of critical strategies into team ways of working and marketing plans, ensuring teams are set up for success.

Enable Empowerment: Lead trainings for the marketing function to ensure teammates can stay up to date with processes and learn how to effectively use tools such as legal contract platforms.
