WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHThis role sits within Korea Integrated Retail Marketing, driving Partnership Transformation to elevate consumer experiences across the multi partner marketplace. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Retail Marketing Korea, the role connects teams across Retail Marketing, Sales, Sport Marketplace, Merchandising, Finance, and key retail partners to activate unified strategies and execution.

This individual is a relationship builder and storyteller who can influence cross functional teams and external partners with clarity and conviction. They navigate ambiguity with confidence, balance bold thinking with rigorous execution, and lead initiatives from concept through measurement. With strong analytical judgment, financial understanding, and an inclusive leadership approach, they elevate standards, inspire change, and deliver consistent, high impact marketplace experiences.
Key Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in retail, retail marketing, or related commercial functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or related field.
- Proven experience leading cross functional teams and managing end to end initiatives
- Strong retail, digital, and financial acumen, including retail math and performance metrics
- Experience working with and managing external partners, vendors, and agencies
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
You will lead the charge in elevating consumer experiences across Korea’s multi partner marketplace—building frameworks, pilots, and scalable models that strengthen partner capabilities and drive marketplace consistency.
In this role, you will:
- Partner across Sales, Retail Marketing, Marketplace, and WHQ teams to align strategies and investments
- Lead the development and scaling of elevated retail concepts and consumer journeys across priority sports
- Conduct marketplace mapping, research, and insights analysis to inform multi partner strategies
- Define criteria for Elevated Consumer Experience Doors and drive consistent activation
- Build Account x Sport marketplace maps and tiered elevation models with clear minimum standards
- Lead and scale consumer experience pilots, including retail environment updates and footwear wall innovation
- Champion digital excellence and collaborate with Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising to secure investment and execution
