WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Delivery & Capacity Analyst who is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholders, proven ability to work cross-functionally, and the ability influence across different cultures. Knowledge of manufacturing operation and production planning is preferrable.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
As a Delivery & Capacity Analyst (DCA), you will drive the execution of Nike's supply plan at assigned offshore factories to ensure optimized and on-time delivery to our consumer and marketplace. You will apply strong analytics skills to gather data and perform capacity utilization, source plan and supply plan analysis. You will closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate and resolve supply challenges prior to and during the Purchase Order execution. You will actively participate in identification of root cause analysis for performance gap and perform Output and On Time delivery review.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
This position is in Taichung, Taiwan. In this role you’ll be working closely with Taiwan manufacture partner business teams, along with Nike cross functional teams in PHK and Asia including Global Sourcing, Global Supply Planning, Manufacture Engineering, Material, Product Development, and Logistics teams. You will work alongside other DCAs in Taiwan office and other Asia locations to carry out seasonal global supply and capacity plan. You will report to Delivery & Capacity Director in Taiwan in support of partners' delivery excellence and other priorities aligning to greater organizational strategy.
WHAT YOU BRING
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, supply chain or a related field

5+ years’ work experience in supply chain or related capacity in a manufacturing, trading, or consumer goods industry

2 years’ additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Comfortable resolving conflict by effectively interface and develop partnership

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a strong sense of self-motivation and urgency
-
Proven verbal, written and graphical communication skills in English and Mandarin
-
Mid to Advanced knowledge of Excel and Database query tools (Tableau, Access, PowerBI)
-
Self-motivated, with strong sense of accountability, resourcefulness, and drive
-
Strong communication skills, excellent influencing and storytelling skills is a plus
