WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Brand Digital Manager in Tokyo, this role partners closely with the Japan Marketing team and the Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) Marketing team to deliver major brand initiatives. It also works with Nike Digital and cross-functional teams to create seamless consumer experiences and drive demand across digital platforms.

This individual combines strategic thinking with creativity, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver impactful campaigns that balance brand and business objectives. They are collaborative, forward-thinking, and energized by working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of marketing experience, including significant exposure to digital/app marketing and proven ability to deliver impactful campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required (unchanged as per compliance)
- Proven ability to lead and execute high-impact marketing campaigns; sports-related experience is a plus
- Expertise in marketing analytics and creative planning, with a test-and-learn mindset
- Exceptional project leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to influence others
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead Nike’s digital brand strategy for Japan, creating end-to-end consumer journeys that elevate engagement and retention. You’ll use digital capabilities to maximize channels, deliver performance insights, and connect authentically with consumers to achieve brand and business goals.
- Lead and integrate Sportswear digital brand strategy, focusing on seasonal concepts, 365 product stories, and sport & athlete moments
- Act as the subject matter expert for Nike.com and Nike App, leveraging platform capabilities to enhance brand experience and drive measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including social media, third-party platforms (e.g., ZOZOTOWN), Lifecycle Marketing, Brand Creative, Integrated Media, and Sports Marketing-to amplify brand moments
- Stay ahead of industry, sport, and marketplace trends to inform plans and create authentic consumer connections
- Measure success through brand strength, market share growth, traffic to Nike platforms, and lifecycle engagement metrics
