WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHThis role reports to the Regional Sales Leader based in Singapore and is a key member of the regional sales leadership team. The position leads a country sales team and collaborates closely with cross-functional partners across planning, merchandising, marketing, finance, operations, and more. Externally, the role engages with top sales accounts and strategic partners in the country.

- Open to work in Philippines
- 10–15 years of experience in sales, retail management, marketing, merchandising, sales operations and/or product
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Proven success in managing large country, regional or global accounts
- Strong leadership and influencing capabilities across cross-functional teams
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
You’ll lead Nike’s country sales team and drive seasonal and annual sales goals across multiple accounts. You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to build and execute business strategies, elevate consumer experience, and optimize product flow. You’ll also contribute to regional strategy as part of the sales leadership team.
- Lead a cross-functional team to grow Nike’s brand with top accounts in the country
- Develop country growth plans and business development strategies to develop and grow the marketplace and communicate those plans with internal and external senior leaders
- Develop and implement seasonal, annual, and long-term sales plans
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Partner with account buyers and planners to manage inventory and meet seasonal targets
- Ensure Nike’s brand is powerfully represented in partner environments
- Collaborate across planning, merchandising, marketing, finance, and operations
- Actively contribute to regional sales leadership strategy and execution
