You bring a data-driven mindset, strong product execution skills, and the ability to simplify complex problems into clear product decisions. You excel at balancing long-term strategic vision with day-to-day execution, synthesizing insights, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills

  • Team-first mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves

Preferred:

  • Experience in consumer, retail, footwear, apparel, or digital product creation ecosystems

  • Driving discovery, prioritization, development, rollout, and adoption

  • Translating user needs into technical requirements with Engineering

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to define priorities and success metrics

  • Optimizing user journeys and platform health across CP&I tools and services

  • Making evidence-based trade-offs between user needs, complexity, and business value

  • Investigating issues, performing root-cause analysis, closing systemic gaps

  • Driving consistency in product quality, documentation, KPIs, and roadmap communication

  • Establishing and communicating performance metrics across the organization

WHY JOIN CP&I IN INDIA
