WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Country Sales Director and is part of the Nike Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) Sales team. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners in planning, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless business execution. The position is based in Jakarta.

Nike is seeking a strategic and results-driven Lead Sales Representative who thrives in a dynamic, consumer-focused environment. This individual will lead account management and Go-To-Market (GTM) execution, combining strong analytical skills with a passion for sport and innovation. Success in this role requires exceptional relationship-building abilities, a deep understanding of the marketplace, and the confidence to influence decisions that drive growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can balance seasonal planning with in-season agility, ensuring Nike remains at the forefront of the industry.
Key Qualifications:

Based in Indonesia (Office is in Jakarta)

7+ years of business experience, including account management, retail buying, or merchandising

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field

Strong knowledge of sports, athletic industry trends; apparel experience is a plus

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver compelling product presentations
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll own the growth and profitability of your account portfolio, driving engagement and delivering seasonal targets. You’ll lead Go-To-Market activities, manage in-season execution, and identify opportunities to elevate Nike’s presence across the market.

Partner with planning, marketing, finance, and operations to execute seasonal and in-season strategies

Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentations to drive sell-in and sell-through

Develop accurate assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans to optimize sales

Ensure timely submission of orders and coordination of retail launch information

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders at all levels

Identify product opportunities and implement strategies that align with Nike’s vision

Analyze competitor and market dynamics to tailor initiatives for growth
