WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The role directly reports to the Senior Manager, Brand Creative for Korea and collaborates with the Geography Brand Creative Network, global Brand Design and Retail teams, and cross-functional groups across Nike. This role partners with our Korea Brand Marketing team, the Asia-Pacific Latin America Geography and Global Brand Marketing team across Nike to build more effective and efficient ways to drive brand impact. Its key internal partners are Brand Management, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Planning & Operations and Sports Marketing.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The candidate is a visionary and multidisciplinary designer with deep expertise in retail design, spatial environments, brand storytelling, and emerging technologies. They bring strong creative problem-solving skills, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at translating global brand direction into locally relevant consumer experiences. The ideal individual demonstrates leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex projects while delivering innovative, culturally resonant work.
- 6+ years of experience in retail design, brand environments, or experiential marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic, industrial, environmental design, or related field.
- Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; 3D software experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of Korean culture, consumer behavior, and the retail landscape.
- Strong communication skills; fluent both in English and Korean.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead creative strategy and execution for seasonal retail, brand activations, live events, and immersive consumer experiences, translating global brand standards into culturally relevant concepts while partnering across internal and external teams to deliver innovative, high-impact design work.
- Collaborate with Brand Creative, Retail Brand, Store Development, Digital, and Comms teams to shape and execute design concepts.
- Translate global brand guidelines into locally resonant retail and experiential environments.
- Develop 2D/3D presentations to communicate concepts to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Drive innovation through exploration of materiality, spatial design, and consumer journey.
- Integrate digital and physical storytelling to elevate brand and retail experiences.
- Manage agency partners and external vendors to bring concepts to life.
- Contribute to a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of design trends and consumer insights to inform future creative strategies.
