WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits within Nike’s Brand Creative team for Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I), a group that shapes immersive retail and brand experiences across the region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Creative SEA&I, the Lead partners with global and geography teams, creative agencies, and cross-functional groups to deliver culturally resonant design.

This individual combines strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise to craft immersive retail environments and activations that connect deeply with consumers. They bring a multidisciplinary approach, blending architecture, spatial design, and storytelling with emerging technologies to elevate Nike’s presence in SEA&I. The ideal candidate is collaborative, bold, and passionate about sport and innovation.
Key Qualifications:

Based in Singapore

6+ years of experience in retail design (50%) and event design (50%) - Mandatory
-
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, environmental design, or related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing immersive retail experiences, spatial design, and brand storytelling

Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; 3D software experience preferred
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead creative strategy and execution for retail design and brand experiences that inspire and engage consumers across Southeast Asia & India.
Core Responsibilities:

Drive design innovation for seasonal retail, live events, activations, and pop-ups

Translate global brand standards into locally relevant experiences with cultural nuance

Develop compelling 2D and 3D presentation materials for leadership and cross-functional teams

Collaborate with Store Development, Retail Brand, Digital, and Comms teams to ensure flawless execution

Champion immersive storytelling by integrating physical and digital touchpoints

Manage agency partnerships and external vendors to bring concepts to life

Stay ahead of design trends and consumer behaviors to inform future strategies
