The Channel Development Team will unlock scalable growth in the marketplace partner space by continuously evolving what and how we need to win- through aligned & integrated strategies, frameworks and approaches that enable geos to better serve customers and consumers.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:
You will report to the Channel Development Director, within Global Sales – Marketplace Development. This role will collaborate heavily across the Business Development, Sales, Strategy, Analytics, Finance and Planning to set the business up for future success.

We are looking for a curious, self-starter who is highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally. This person thrives in ambiguity, enjoys turning complexity into clarity, and wants to build foundational skills at the intersection of business development and strategy.
- 5+ years directly relevant work experience
- Interest in how marketplaces, channels, and partners drive growth at scale
- Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear summaries, points-of-view, or visual outputs (i.e. slides, tables, etc.)
- Comfortable working across teams and functions; strong communication and follow-through
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and leveraging structured thinking to create clear frameworks that turn insight into action.
- Highly organized; to manage multiple workstream in parallel
- Curious and learning mindset
- Has a foundational understanding of Nike’s consumers, shopping behaviors, and retail trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
This role will work to author the global sales growth priorities by identifying channel and marketplace opportunities. And translating those commercial priorities into clear inputs for decision-making across the marketplace.
- Develop growth objectives at the intersection of sport and partner channel to inform the mid-to-long terms sales strategy
- Guide teams on how to achieve growth objectives through a developed perspective on depth, breadth and expansion opportunities across the marketplace
- Use Marketplace Mapping to identify gaps, opportunities and strategic initiatives for growth
- Help track progress against priority growth initiatives and commercial focus areas.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Business Development (Geo and Global), Sales, Nike Direct, finance, planning, and analytics to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives
Communication and Storytelling:
- Present the findings in a regular basis for senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Present findings in an engaging storytelling, ability to influence discussions and bring different point of view to cross-functional stakeholders.
