Come and join our growing team! As part of GBJ & CY City Retail Marketing Team, We’re looking for a collaborative, innovative, and consumer-focused retail brand marketer who can help us drive strategy and direction for our Field of Sports teams across multiple store concepts.
This job is a senior supervisor job for GBJ & CY City Retail Marketing to drive brand awareness and boost business in the retail. You'll play a critical role in crafting and implementing strategies that resonate with local consumers and enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive retail brand marketing strategies at city level across Nike Direct and Wholesale partners, focus on seasonal product innovations campaigns and evergreen in-store experiences to drive demand and impact across GBJ and Northwest marketplace.
- Represent GBJ & CY City (across FOPs) RB in retail marketing functional meetings to Co-work with their relevant functional partner with their own POV from Retail Brand expertise and judgement of what’s best for local consumer.
- Collaborate with City Marketing, Geo Retail Marketing counterpart to drive the creation and execution of campaigns in Nike Retail Stores, with services and experience.
- Deliver Retail brief based on City Marketing and Marketplace strategy.
- Quick reaction to quick strike projects. Eg, Athlete tour, etc.
- Collaborate with the concept & exptience team to elevate the consumer experience in both Global & C4C concepts across FOPs.
- Coach and influence their junior peers with their Retail Marketing expertise and understanding of the market.
Key counterparts:
- Marketing: City Marketing and Geo Retail Marketing
- Marketplace: RE, Account, and ND team including NSO and NSP team
Requirements:
- Passion for sports or youth culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or related field.
- 5 years+ of experience in marketing, or channel/retail marketing. Multi-national company is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic marketing tools like understanding consumer research report, and Keynote, MS Office.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to write compelling brief and interact well with customers and x-functional teams.
- A growth mindset eager to learn and quick actions to facilitate the project in retail marketing mix.
- Leadership: with people management experience.
