WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:
The Seasonal Retail Storytelling team, part of Nike Brand Creative, delivers world-class seasonal Brand Experiences with innovative thinking and an obsession for immersive storytelling, experiential design and the art & science of retail design.
The Lead Professional will partner with Design Directors, Brand Creative leadership, Brand Creative designers, Project Managers and cross-functionally with Nike Retail Marketing teams, as well as external agencies.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Lead Professional is a senior creative that leads and delivers retail storytelling projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to transform Nike seasonal campaigns and sport moments into impactful retail activations and environments across the EMEA marketplace. From Nike stores to partner retailers, creating memorable experiences that connect emotionally with consumers and provoke engagement with the brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design / related field or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
- Proven creative industry experience, in brand or agency studio
- Creative and Project Leadership – inspires and helps guide creative teammates through ambiguity and complexity
- Mastery of Experiential & Retail Knowledge – deep expertise in the discipline, the marketplace and the consumer; with an innovative, growth mindset
- Strategic Communication – Presents ideas and concepts with clarity and confidence to stakeholders and leadership
- Collaboration & Influence – Builds trust and inspires across creative teams, cross-functional and external partners; works as collaborative driver to push Nike retail storytelling to new levels of excellence
- Entrepreneurial Drive – Proactively identifies opportunities and drives innovation
- Obsess the Craft – Ability to visualize creative ideas and a critical attention to detail, delivering flawless execution

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Project Leadership & Collaboration: you will drive seasonal retail projects end-to-end, partnering with cross-functional teams and guiding project squads through execution across the Nike marketplace and wholesale partner doors
- Strategic Approach with End in Mind: you will translate brand campaigns and sport moments into seasonal retail consumer journeys through physical, digital and hybrid storytelling experiences
- Creative Reviews & Feedback Culture: you will contribute to and present in creative reviews; provide clear, constructive feedback to peers and partners
- Elevating Retail Storytelling: you will drive the execution of the creative direction through design and innovation across seasonal retail, instore events and digital/hybrid experiences for EMEA consumers and the Nike marketplace
- Elevating Retail Excellence: you will prototype, test, and explore new forms of retail storytelling whilst pushing continuous improvement of foundational retail principles, maintaining high standards of craft and detail; the knowledge to drive this forward is a must
- Industry Connection & Inspiration: you will help keep Nike at the forefront of cultural, creative and innovation trends by bringing insights, fresh talent and introducing external creative partners into Seasonal storytelling design work
