WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This position is based in Nike Taiwan Office located in Taichung, Taiwan; reporting to Manager, Finance Cost & Standards Engineering. In this role you will be working closely with our Nike Footwear Manufacturing Partners teams, along with Nike cross functional including Footwear Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Finance. You will work alongside Cost and Standards Engineering team in Taichung office and other Asia locations to conduct seasonal quote management and create value through identifying and driving costing opportunities. You will function as both an internal and external subject matter expert in Nike Costing.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Finance Cost and Standards Engineering who is a proactive problem solver, able to prioritize tasks, work productively, and a flexible multitasker. You foster effective teamwork in partner with Nike cross functional teams to drive competitive, sustainable, and standardized costing across footwear. Knowledge of footwear construction, manufacturing, innovation, costing, and global business management; experience with footwear supply chain is preferred.

Bachelor's degree with a focus in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience including Footwear Engineering, Development, Manufacturing, Product Costing is preferred. Related disciplines are also acceptable.

Knowledge of footwear construction, manufacturing, innovation, costing, footwear and supply chain

Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, remain flexible, be results-oriented, and work in an environment of ambiguity.

A pragmatic thinker and creative problem solver who will proactively research and drive collective resolution

High proficiency using Outlook, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.

Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Senior Analyst, Finance Cost and Standards Engineering, you will ensure efficient and effective manufacturing cost at scale leveraging Nike best practices.
Key Accountabilities include:

Lead strategic costing conversations and guide the team to deliver cost optimization outcomes that support product briefs and Nike’s profitability expectations.

Lead a wide range of cost optimization projects and influence Manufacturing Partners throughout all phases of creation and production.

Clearly and concisely communicate costing strategy and recommendations, leveraging engineering and manufacturing knowledge, for product or process improvements.

Drive cost breakdown accuracy through comprehensive validation and analysis including both cost of product and cost of footwear business operation.

Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing Partners to validate new labor process standards and capture value for modernization initiatives.

Contribute to the evolution of the Cost and Standards Engineering function by defining new processes and tools to drive competitive, sustainable, and standardized costing for all products.

Support the continuous evolution of Nike’s strategic costing framework including leading functional and program initiatives turning costing and manufacturing concepts into reality.
