WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHThis role sits within the Nike Digital Business team in Korea and reports to the Manager, Nike App based in Korea. The Senior, NDDC Platforms Korea works cross functionally with Marketing (Digital Marketing and Integrated Media), Planning, and Operations teams, as well as global technology partners and external vendors, to deliver seamless, commercially effective Nike App experiences for local consumers.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORNike is looking for a Senior, NDDC Platforms Korea who brings a strong consumer mindset and a deep understanding of digital commerce and app based businesses. This individual is comfortable operating at the intersection of commercial planning, consumer experience, and data driven execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and highly collaborative, with the ability to translate performance insights into clear actions that improve discovery, engagement, and conversion across the Nike App.
This role requires someone who can manage end to end platform performance, influence cross functional partners, and lead initiatives that drive both short term results and long term growth. A successful candidate is curious about digital consumers and market trends, communicates clearly in both Korean and English, and thrives in a fast paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e commerce, app business, or digital commerce
- Proven experience managing an end to end digital or app funnel
- Strong analytical capability, including building KPIs and translating data into actions
- Experience leading initiatives across multiple cross functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
You will drive the day to day and seasonal business performance of the Nike App by turning data and insights into actions that improve consumer experience and commercial results. You will partner across teams to ensure the Nike App delivers the right product, story, and priorities at the right time.
- Lead weekly “Read & React” business rhythms by monitoring traffic, engagement, conversion, and demand contribution, translating insights into agile action plans
- Partner cross functionally to remove friction in the consumer journey, improve discoverability, and accelerate business opportunities when performance trends above or below plan
- Maximize Nike App revenue contribution during key commercial moments by building and executing detailed pre , during , and post campaign plans
- Lead pre season Nike App business planning, defining priorities for app exclusive products, seasonal stories, and key invested assortments
- Support the launch and adoption of new Nike App capabilities by representing local business needs, participating in testing, and guiding go live execution
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to shape push messaging strategies that reflect commercial priorities, consumer behavior, and on platform needs
