Responsibilities:

Be knowledgeable about the products
-
Design, implement assortment plan, product forecasting and sales planning.
-
Work closely with a broad internal team on a seasonal business plan based on financial planning, sell-in, sell-thru, account specific objectives, and an understanding of the retailer’s consumer base.
-
Support on any data management, reporting, consolidation and general analytics.
-
Analyze sales trend and provide action plan.
-
Be responsible for downloading product strategy to account and achieve alignment during sell-in gates to deliver qualified future booking results.

Coordinate with marketplace team and marketing team to ensuring best presentation of stories and product to our best customers at the appropriate time.
-
Ensure appropriate seasonal product flow by category and by month, in order to optimize account opportunities.
-
Manage inventory position based on seasonal targets and sell-thru objectives and provide action plan if necessary.

Responsible for full sales operations administrative work (including but not limited to invoice processing, expense tracking, internal meetings coordination, etc.)
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years directly relevant work experience

Ability to work independently, proactive, self-motivated, positive work attitude, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility

Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills
-
Sports lover will be an advantage

Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
