The North America Account Marketing Team works with our wholesale partners to strengthen Nike’s brand presence and community impact. We exist to serve the athlete and our partners by landing innovation and key brand and commercial moments that unlock growth.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking consumer-obsessed Account Marketing leader to drive our Outdoor Specialty offense in North America, with a focus on ACG.
You are a strategic marketer and business leader with deep knowledge of the Outdoor Specialty landscape, including specialty retail, trail communities, and key moments in the outdoor calendar. You bring a strong brand vision, full funnel marketing expertise, and the ability to lead across a matrixed organization.
This role reports to the NA Sport Specialty Account Director and is responsible for growing the brand and business in Outdoor Specialty while building authentic connections with outdoor athletes and communities.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will define and lead Nike’s Outdoor Specialty vision and strategy, delivering annual and seasonal plans aligned to brand and business priorities while elevating ACG in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities include:

Lead the annual Outdoor Specialty Account Marketing plan

Drive seasonal campaigns and product launches across retail, digital, and community activations

Elevate athlete and brand storytelling within partner programming

Identify integrated brand and business growth opportunities

Manage asset development, execution, budgets, and performance tracking
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will operate within the broad North America Account Marketing – Sport Specialty ecosystem and will partner closely with:

WHAT YOU BRING
-
8-10+ years in brand or account marketing
-
Strong understanding of the Outdoor Specialty marketplace
-
Deep knowledge of brand and digital marketing channels
-
Passion for the outdoor ecosystem and ACG
-
Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and influence stakeholders
-
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
-
Exceptional communication skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
