- We are seeking a Lead Sales Representative
- India to join Nike India at our Head Office in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will report into the Director, Sales
- India & will work closely with several cross functional teams within Nike such as planning, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business continuity.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Lead Sales Representative with a high degree of curiosity and learning agility, excellent Distributor Management and Partner Management skills, and an ability to communicate effectively with Partners and internal cross-functional teams. We will work together to build the multi-brand business in the Indian marketplace, to support and drive business growth, consumer focus, strategy development, marketing plans and manage relationships with key partners. The successful candidate will identify business opportunities and implement product strategies, stay current on product and product changes, and display strong customer service skills.

Minimum 10-12 years of field sales management experience that includes Distributor management, key partner management, retail sales, Go-To Market (GTM) excellence and in-season management with a focus on the consumer.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or graduate education in the relevant or a related field.

Ability to understand and analyse the Distribution landscape in the country, identify potential opportunities to grow the business and execute the growth plans in a strategic manner.

Ability and vision to provide 360-degree business solutions given the dynamic multi-brand retail scenario.

Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability.

Ability to analyse retail data and translate results into business plans and accurate revenue forecasts.

Experience in developing seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.

Ability to influence both cross-functionally and vertically within the organization.

Proven leadership and teamwork ability toward developing and maintaining high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and organizational layers.

Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive MS Powerpoint/Keynote presentations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with a strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Lead Sales Representative, you will drive your account portfolio’s engagement, growth and profitability in line with Nike’s overall strategy. You will co-create and lead strategies to create the future marketplace in multi-brand retail. You will optimize Nike product sales by delivering accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.

Create and implement business plans for achieving revenue growth and other financial targets.

Drive sell-in and sell-through by developing seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.

Identify and drive new business opportunities in the marketplace.

Understand, drive, and scale multi-brand retail elevation across our markets and find ways to leverage best in class examples across our teams.

Align internal and external stakeholders by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive product and brand presentations.

Display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer stakeholders at all levels of the customer's business.
