The North America Jordan Brand Creative Studio is a multidisciplinary team shaping the future of basketball culture through storytelling, retail design, and immersive experiences. This role reports to the North America Creative Director and partners closely with Global Creative Studio, Global Retail Design, Jordan Brand Leadership, and cross‑functional teams to deliver best‑in‑class retail concepts.

Jordan Brand seeks a forward‑thinking Lead Designer who lives at the intersection of sport, culture, and design. This person brings a strong point of view, an instinct for emerging trends, and the craft to translate insight into iconic retail storytelling. They thrive in multidisciplinary environments—shifting from concept exploration to refined execution with ease. They’re a hands‑on maker and a collaborative problem solver who elevates every brief through curiosity, rigor, and imagination. They know how to navigate across teams, build alignment, and move creative work from ideation to delivery without losing the spark that makes it special. With deep expertise in graphic and environmental design, they understand how to build scalable systems and immersive experiences that strengthen the Jordan Brand at retail.
- 7+ years of experience developing retail design solutions across diverse environments• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Grasshopper, ACAD, Sketch Up, Enscape
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, storytelling, and execution excellence
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
You’ll bring Jordan Brand’s design ethos to life, shaping retail environments that inspire, engage, and push the edge of what’s possible. You’ll concept, refine, and execute seasonal retail storytelling while ensuring consistency, craft, and impact across every touchpoint.
- Collaborate across the North America Creative Studio, Global Creative Studio, Retail Design, and Brand/Business partners to deliver aligned seasonal concepts
- Lead creative work from insight to ideation to final execution for retail destinations and programs
- Develop original design solutions and scalable retail systems grounded in consumer, brand, and business needs
- Build and present compelling concepts and visual narratives to Creative Directors and senior partners
- Produce production‑ready files and implementation guidelines to ensure executional excellence
- Partner with external agencies, design vendors, and production studios to bring concepts to life
- Stay deeply connected to emerging technologies, culture, and design trends to fuel innovation
