- This role will work with Converse GC commercial/digital, merchandise and planning as internal stakeholders.
- FTW/Apparel supply planning and manufacturing team as external partners
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
- Above 5 years responsive supply chain experience in retail/sportswear industry, including speed product creation, production and replenishment.
- Ability to work across multiple functions and drive action via the consensus and alignment with multiple internal cross functional key stakeholders & external teams (factories etc.);
- Strongly data analytical skills with excellent Excel skill setup;
- Product & Manufacturing experience is a plus

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As the Senior, Express Lane fulfill operation for Converse GC, you will be responsible for drive end-to-end speed-to-market from product design, development, purchasing, manufacturing and delivery on both footwear and apparel. You will be an expert on the Converse GC vertical supply chain throughout the product creation & delivery process. You will lead your cross-functional team to establish a process and capability of Converse GC responsive supply chain. Identify the responsive opportunity at styles level and amplify the business opportunities via responsive supply chain capability.
- You will establish the Converse GC express lane process & capability for both Footwear & Apparel
- You will reduce end-to-end supply chain lead time to enable speed to market and in-season replenishment to maximize business opportunity
- You will drive more share of business from responsive supply chain vs normal future business
- You will work with finance to evaluate the ROI model to balance the benefits and cost of being fast
