WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the core leadership team for SEA&I Nike Direct Stores reporting to Senior Director of Nike Direct Stores based in Singapore to build, align and execute Nike NFS/NSO stores strategies for the territory. Partner with a large, diverse cross-functional team including Nike Direct, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Legal, and Operations.
Your strategic thinking, retail expertise, and ability to communicate vision and purpose will drive growth and keep teams focused on clear processes, KPIs, and outcomes. People value your ability to engage teams, maintain alignment, and deliver results.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As Director of Stores, NFS/NSO SEA&I, you will lead and manage a dynamic retail business to deliver sustainable sales, profit growth, and inventory performance. You will develop strategies and operational plans that ensure premium execution of the Nike brand at retail, while leveraging deep brick-and-mortar expertise to maximize talent and operational excellence across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Business: Own and drive cross-functional strategies to identify trends, build plans, and adapt quickly to maximize business opportunities.
- Develop Talent: Inspire and empower Firstline teams, coaching and developing direct reports to unlock their full potential.
- Champion Stores: Act as the conduit between Senior Retail Managers and cross-functional teams to address opportunities and resolve issues on behalf of stores.
- Ensure Excellence: Drive consistent, elevated execution of brand standards and operational processes across all stores.
- Shape Retail Strategy: Lead retail concept strategy and optimize the fleet through real estate excellence and proactive expansion.
- Influence Future Direction: Escalate key insights and trend observations from the field to inform district and company-wide strategies.
