We are looking for a Specialist II, City Brand Marketing to support Shanghai Great Shanghai and Greater Bay Area city marketing Sportwear initiatives. This role focuses on bringing city brand plans to life through strong execution, community engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
The person will work closely with the City Brand Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver culturally relevant brand experiences that connect Nike with local sport and youth communities.
Key Responsibilities:

Support development and execution of city marketing plans across Shanghai, GSH and GBA
-
Assist in turning brand strategies into local activations, events, and community-based programs
-
Work closely with communities, partners, and agency to ensure smooth execution

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Brand, Retail, Digital, Sports Marketing etc.

Track timelines, deliverables, and production processes to ensure on-time delivery

Support budget tracking and agency management
-
Contribute to local insight gathering — sport trends, youth culture, and community movements

Help manage on-site execution of events and experiences
Experience & Functional Skills Required:
-
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, brand activation, or event/project management
-
Strong interest in sport culture, youth trends, and city lifestyle
-
Familiar with Shanghai and/or GBA city culture and communities
-
Experience supporting end-to-end execution of marketing projects or events
-
Good understanding of brand marketing fundamentals

Strong coordination and communication skills
-
Detail-oriented with solid project tracking ability
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Fluent in both Chinese and English
