The Solution Delivery Lead will report to the Territory Supply Chain Solution Delivery (SCSD) Director and operate as a senior leader within the SCSD team.
Key partnerships include Pacific Supply Chain Leadership Team, Logistics, DC Planning, Transportation, and Inventory teams, Integrated Fulfilment Planning (IFP) and Marketplace teams, Nike Technology (Territory, Geo & Global), and External partners where required (e.g., 3PLs, vendors).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an outcome‑driven leader with strong supply chain and delivery expertise, capable of operating at both strategic and executional altitude. This role is accountable for end-to-end ownership of complex, cross‑functional supply chain capabilities, ensuring initiatives are not only delivered, but embedded, scaled, and value‑realised across the Pacific marketplace.
The ideal candidate is comfortable leading through ambiguity and complexity, and able to shift seamlessly between strategy and hands‑on delivery. We are looking for a strong people leader who builds capability, not dependency and confident influencing senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
Key capabilities & characteristics:
- Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional supply chain or technology‑enabled programs.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end retail supply chains and marketplace operations.
- Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills.
- Technical expertise in end-to-end supply chain technology systems (e.g. WMS, TMS, WCS) and automated warehousing solutions (Autostore/ASRS/ACR/AMR).
- Hands on experience in operational transformation & process improvement.
- Track record of developing high‑performing teams and future leaders.
- Strong analytical mindset; data‑driven decision maker.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role you will lead the delivery and scaling of complex, cross‑functional supply chain capabilities across the Pacific. You operate at both strategic and executional altitude — shaping direction, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives are delivered, embedded, and closed with clear value realised for the business.
- Work as a senior leader within the Pacific Supply Chain Solutions Delivery team, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Technology, Marketplace, and Operations leaders across Pacific, APLA, and Global teams.
- Own multiple priority initiatives end‑to‑end — from shaping problem statements and delivery roadmaps through build, deployment, stabilisation, and scale into BAU operations.
- Spend your days navigating ambiguity: balancing competing priorities, aligning senior stakeholders, and making trade‑offs that keep delivery focused on the highest‑value outcomes.
- Translate strategy into clear execution plans, lead governance and decision forums, and ensure ownership, risks, and dependencies are explicit and actively managed.
- Coach and lead Solution Delivery Specialists and/or Leads, building capability, setting standards, and creating scalable ways of working that reduce reliance on single points of expertise.
- Actively drive change and adoption, partnering with business owners to ensure new capabilities are understood, adopted, and delivering measurable benefits post go‑live.
- Represent Pacific Supply Chain Solutions Delivery in senior, regional, and global forums — sharing progress, influencing direction, and increasing visibility of the value being delivered.
