WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits within the Be NeLux Integrated Retail Marketing team and partners closely with Nike Direct, VMS, and cross‑functional teammates across territory, EMEA and global levels. You’ll collaborate every day with store teams, merchandising, brand, and marketplace partners to elevate Nike’s in‑store presence and connect strategy to execution on the ground.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a visual storyteller who lives at the intersection of sport, style and culture. You bring passion for retail excellence, an instinct for what moves consumers, and an obsession with delivering powerful in‑store moments. You thrive in fast‑paced environments, adapt quickly, and approach every challenge with optimism and curiosity. You’re energized by time spent in stores, partnering with teams, shaping styling standards and turning strategy into execution that feels local, relevant and connected to youth culture.
You understand the Be NeLux consumer landscape, know how they engage with Nike, and bring a sharp eye for detail, movement and product presentation. You influence with ease, collaborate naturally, and build trust through authenticity and clear communication. Above all, you’re driven to create meaningful retail experiences that inspire people to move.

- Strong experience in Visual Merchandising & Styling with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling
- Knowledge of Be NeLux consumer behavior and cultural landscape
- Deep passion for retail, product and the Nike brand
- Agility, curiosity and a strong growth mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively and influence across diverse teams
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll bring Nike’s global and geo strategies to life across Be NeLux stores — creating inspiring, premium retail environments that elevate product, reflect culture and connect deeply with consumers. You’ll spend significant time on the ground, ensuring styling excellence and flawless seasonal execution.
You will:
- Execute seasonal Visual Merchandising & Styling across Nike Direct and partner doors
- Elevate daily styling standards through hands‑on guidance and store team partnership
- Translate global and EMEA directives into locally relevant, consumer‑led in‑store experiences
- Partner with territory marketing, retail, merchandising and store leadership to align and activate strategy
- Continuously test, learn and refine how Nike shows up in the marketplace
- Support key retail moments including openings, refits and brand storytelling initiatives
- Ensure store visits drive actionable feedback, consistent execution and ongoing improvement
