WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Nike Direct EMEA Construction team is looking for a Lead, Store Construction Management to oversee the development and delivery of Nike’s high‑value retail projects across Full Price and Outlet concepts.
As a Store Construction Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Nike Direct Store Development team, reporting to the Senior Store Construction Manager. You’ll partner closely with Real Estate, Cost Management, Facilities, and Brand Creative Retail Design, managing the full project lifecycle—from feasibility through post‑opening.
You’ll also collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Loss Prevention, Store Operations, Country Retail Leads, Tech Ops, and Fleet Activation, as well as external architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store construction, design, and development
- Education in architecture and/or civil engineering preferred
- Strong administrative skills with MS Office, Smartsheet, and project management tools (e.g., ACC Build, Matterport)
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time‑management skills, with solid cost‑management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a matrix organization
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with onsite supervision and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel and work across EMEA
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Define the setup of new store and refit projects, including execution plans, timelines, and team structure, as well as the selection and coordination of required consultants
- Partner with EMEA functions to ensure alignment and provide progress updates to Store Development Leadership Team
- Coordinate and manage architects, specialist consultants, and preferred vendors
- Maintain and update project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with scope and collaborating closely with the Nike Design team
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, drive mitigation actions, and ensure timely escalation and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Apply a commercial mindset to continuously value‑engineer project scope, improve cost/value outcomes, and identify innovative, sustainable solutions that support Nike’s Move to Zero strategy
- Lead tender processes for work packages and ensure all project contract agreements are in place
