WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:
This role reports to the Retail Brand/Experience Senior Manager in Korea, and partners closely with cross-functional teams including visual merchandising & styling, business, football/ kids brand marketing and digital team. You’ll also collaborate with Nike’s Global office as well as manage external vendors and agencies for store design, construction, and events.

We are looking for a specialist- Football/ Kids Retail Brand/Experience Korea, a creative, consumer-obsessed retail brand marketing expert who will lead football and kids story in Nike direct channel.
You bring a sharp understanding of in-store shopping behaviors and a passion for crafting compelling product-stories that drive demand and elevate the consumer experience. You know how to navigate a cross-functional matrix with confidence and clarity. You’re energized by the challenge of building holistic retail strategy.

Minimum 3-5+ years of work experience in marketing, with a proven track record in brand and campaign execution

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred

Mandatory experience in retail marketing based on office

Extensive knowledge of applying global direction to local retail environment

Proven ability to manage design process and vendors, and develop collaborative relationship across teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Korean
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
You will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and engage consumers at Nike stores, focusing on Football and Kids category. You will play an important role for creating a new level of Nike product presentation and communication.
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing for Nike stores including design, communication and consumer experience
- Launch brand campaigns and create consumer journey optimized for retail channels
- Oversee all aspects of in-store service & events, monitor and report on campaign performance
- Manage relationships with external vendors, and identify optimal local agency or vendors both in terms of output and cost
- Lead and/or support team’s operational task including execution maintenance
