Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Manager located in Guadalajara, North.Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, Warehouse Manager will be responsible for implement a successful operation by managing all distribution, warehouse functions. Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services, supervising staff .

What a typical day looks like:

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Monitors volume of business and defines appropriate work schedule.
• Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met.
• Monitors condition and maintenance of operating / material handling equipment.
• Constantly monitors the efficient handling of shipments and receipts to create an error free culture.
• Reviews the loading and unloading schedules to maximize efficiencies and reduce expenses.
• Coordinate floor cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciling records.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• Experience in materials management, Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, or a related field.
• English proficiency: Intermediate to advanced level.
• Strong capability to prioritize tasks and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Experience in warehouse planning and inventory control.
• Ability to manage material receiving processes and prioritize outbound flows to avoid production line stoppages.
• Implement robust measurement systems for operational performance.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, data analysis, reporting).
