Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Engineering Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Sr Test Manager. The Test Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures, strategies, systems, components, and modifications. Acts as an advisor to test engineering team regarding projects, tasks, and operations and acts as a liaison to other engineering functions. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.

What a typical day looks like:

• Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and technical personnel involved in the design, fabrication, and development of test and test-control equipment, systems, or software.
• Defines test conditions, including sequences and phases of test operations, ensuring compliance with product and process requirements.
• Interfaces with scientific, engineering, and technical teams to resolve testing issues such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, and data interpretation or coding issues.
• Evaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by engineering and management personnel.
• Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians, and test operators on test hardware, software, and structured problem-solving techniques.

Experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in similar positions.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Strong background in manufacturing test engineering (hardware, software, fixtures, automation).
• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing and developing engineering teams.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and global teams.
