Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Program Manager, Program Administrator role involves assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

• Administrative support and right hand of the Program Management Manager for various customers.
• Keep records, logs and information updated.
• Analyze data to help take critical decisions.
• Develop and maintain business relationship with customers.
• Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.
• Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
• May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Direct contact with the customer.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor degree in relevant field Experience.
• Fluid English able to establish communication at different levels.
• Good office skills: data entry, office software to include, word, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
• Great leadership skills.
• Knowledge in SMT and Backend and DF processes.
• Customer Interaction
• Presentations and Project Management
• Microsoft Office Experience (Excel, PP and Microsoft Project)
