Job Summary

The “Sourcing Specialist” will be based in Nanshan, Shenzhen, reporting to Sr Commodity Manager.

What a typical day looks like:

1, 负责结构件如钣金件，五金冲压件的供应商寻源开发，评估与导入。2， 制定供应商采购策略实施和更新，供应商KPI管理和供应商的关系维护。
3， 定期完成同供应商的价格谈判和降价工作，持续推动供应商成本的优化。
4， 新项目结构件的RFQ报价，支持研发部门和项目组打样并按时完成样品的交付。
5， 支持量产项目在生产中遇到的缺料问题，推动供应商按时按量交付。
6， 其他采购部安排的相关工作。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

1，本科及以上学历，5年以上结构件的采购经验，机械相关背景为佳。2， 良好的沟通协调能力和谈判技巧，能够与供应商及内部团队开展有效的沟通和协作。
3，具备一定的数据收集和分析并形成清晰的决策能力。
4，具备一定的抗压能力，团队合作，能够适应快速的响应内部合理需求。
5，英语需要读写能力和具有一定的口语沟通能力为佳。
