What a typical day looks like:

• Be responsible for the overall mechanical design, analysis, documentation and functional validation of power adapter/PSU products
• Support product pre-research, spec clarification and cost analysis
• Contribute to the development of mechanical tooling and production part qualification.
• Innovative mechanical improvement and VAVE for developed products
• Collaborate with internal and external teams ( i.e. customer, suppliers, cross-function team, manufacturing, quality, etc.) to ensure the successful development and launch of new products

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or above
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in power supply product design
• Strong CAD & pro-E/Creo , UG skill
• Experience resolving tolerance stack-up and interference issues on 3D models.
• Awareness of manufacturing processes including injection molding, metals fabrication and secondary finishing process
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and creative, analytical and detail orientated work ethic.
• Good writing and speaking in English.
