Compensation Senior Specialist
- EMEA
In this regional role you will support the full compensation cycle across EMEA and help deliver clear, consistent, data driven reward practices. The role suits someone who works with precision, owns deadlines, and communicates clearly with HR and business leaders.
What a typical day looks like:

Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit reviews, bonus processes and salary structures
-
Maintain market data, pay ranges and internal benchmarks across multiple EMEA countries
-
Prepare reports for HR and management with a focus on accuracy and simple insights
-
Support governance for job architecture, grading and internal equity
-
Review cross-border offers and support mobility decisions with clear pay guidance
-
Partner with HR business partners to solve reward questions
-
Track regulatory changes linked to pay transparency across the region
-
Maintain strong data hygiene in HR systems and support audits
-
Work with global reward teams on methodology, tools and surveys
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
-
5+ years of experience in compensation or HR analytics in an international environment
-
Strong data analysis and problem solving skills, with the ability to quickly interpret large and complex datasets
-
Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, Power Query is a plus)
-
Good understanding of benchmarking, job evaluation and pay structures
-
Ability to explain reward topics in a simple way
-
Comfortable working across multiple EMEA markets with different rules and expectations
-
Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for HR and business stakeholders
-
High attention to detail while managing multiple data streams under time pressure
-
Able to respond quickly to ad hoc requests and shifting priorities
-
Fluent English
