Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus

Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Sr Program Manager role involves in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
• Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
• Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
• Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
• Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.
• Excellent communication skills and must be Fluent in Spanish & English

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Administration or related.
• Master's degree in business administration or program management is desirable
• Experience as Program Manager is mandatory
• Experience in electronics manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of NPIs
• Solid financial knowledge, P&L management
• Availability to travel
• Microsoft Project
• Experience and leadership of CFT
• Advance English (mandatory)
• Experience in complex projects.
• Organized, responsible
• Diploma or Certification in Program Manager.
• Valid passport and visa are a plus
• Communication and negotiation abilities
• Office (excel and Power Point)
• Knowledge with technical manufacturing process (Capabilities, rate, etc.)
• Knowledge with financial (quotes, charges) is also a plus
• Experience with OTD, Yields, CTBs, P&L analysis, plan attainment
