Job Summary

Job Summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Shenzhen.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Lead cross functional teams to meet customer expectations (materials, design, finance, sales, quality, manufacturing)
  • Drive the cross functional team with urgency
  • Set priorities to meet objectives within individual team members
  • Meet with customers on an as needed basis.
  • Manage external customer engineering relationships.
  • Determine resource requirements and monitor (People, Time & Money).
  • Develop risk management plans to ensure project is insulated to risks.
  • Execution of project management methodology (within project teams)
  • Oversee the completion of deliverables (cross functional teams)
  • Meet development cost targets (NRE + Tooling investments)
  • Manage to achieve the product cost target of the project
  • Reporting of KPI’s to the PAC:Project cycle time
  • Financial performance
  • Review of Statement of Work / Development contracts
  • Commitment to continuous improvement PM / NPI process.
  • Other stuffs/duties arranged by manager.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B. S.) Engineering or equivalent; seven to twelve years related experience and/or training; and eight years of cross functional project management experience.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from external and internal customers. Ability to effectively present information to management, development team members, and to the customer.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel software.
  • Excellent management, organizational, and administrative skills with the ability to handle a variety of tasks and changing work priorities.
  • Must be willing to travel to customer sites and to other Flex sites when required.
