Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Analyst – WW Materials Positionwill be based in Coimbatore Location An experienced supply chain professional who can efficiently understand the material performance indicators and able to work with real time data flow structure. The candidate is expected to possess adequate knowledge in inventory reduction methods and flow analysis and work well in a team to consistently meet challenging performance targets.

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for providing support to the WW Materials Team, ensuring the skill of the Inventory Planning of the materials for a specific project or projects as required.

• Providing real time data of the various performance indicators of the desired and required account types.

• Key assignments include providing timely status of the Inventory details for the various account types that are in existence and are in consideration for analysis and trend prediction.

• Working on customer forecast for activities like normalization, forecast comparison, shipment using waterfall method.

• Responsible for analyzing availability and capacity of materials

• Responsible for running weekly system reports to determine material shortages & work on their closure with buying team.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience: 0- 2 years' experience in Supply Chain (Procurement/Planning/Inventory)

• Need to be flexible to work in a Global Environment that involves all the possible time zones

• Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

• Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

• Knowledge of reporting tool like Microstrategy will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of planning tool like Kinaxis will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in E2E Supply chain process.

• Knowledge on excel automation like Macro is preferred.

• Knowledge of Tableau is an added advantage.
