Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Production Manager,the Production Supervisor role involves the manage a production line, making the correct use of human resources, materials, machinery and time for the correct execution of production plans. Compliance with shipments and continuous improvement ideas in the area.

What a typical day looks like:

• Leads a team comprising of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
• Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Responsible for the End to End process.
• Manage and develop the personnel in charge.
• Follow-up and Closing of work orders.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience as Production Supervisor.
• Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).
• Experience in electronic manufacturing.
• Experience in SMT, PTH, BACKEND lines.
• Availability of schedule.
• Personnel management.
• English is also a plus.
