El **Técnico de Ingeniería de Procesos (Programación SMT- Backend- Ensamble)**estará ubicado en Guadalajara Norte.

Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:

• Programación en equipos SMT, Backend/ ensamble.
• Dispensado (Conformal, Under Fill, Potting, RTVs) Deseable
• Uso de Herramental
• Soporte a líneas de producción
• Hornos, Dek, Parmi, AOI

Habilidades indispensables para el rol:

• Paquetería office (Excel y power point)
• Redacción de Reportes mensuales
• Presentación de resultados a ingeniería
• Conocimiento de herramientas manuales
• Interpretaciones de perfiles
• Inglés medio
• SMT- PTH- ensamble mecánicos
• Dispensado de conformal, underfill, Edge bonding.
• Conocimientos en Pressfit
• Ingles medio
