Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support new machine / new platform/new application evaluation, Focus on optical inspection/measurement related equipment
• Technology paper study refresh to keep exist machine technology is competitive.
• Refresh the evaluation procedure base on technical or process requirement
• Global survey to understand latest site technical related requirement
• Tracking the issue with major supplier timely
• Technology support globally for optical inspection related equipment
• Drive supplier technology improvement to meet Flex technology roadmap requirement
• Smart Factory related software management and validation

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation /Mechanical/Electronics
• At least 3 years relevant working experiences SMT equipment, priority Vision inspection related machine experience
• Familiar with SMT process
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving skills
• Can work under pressure
• Good excel & PPT skill
• Fluent English
