Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams, we’re looking to add a Manufacturing Operations Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Operations Director,Operations Manager will be in charge to coordinate the execution and review of the needs of the customer and the appropriate team at CS.

What a typical day looks like:

• Collaboration amongst every team in the group

• Excellent customer related interaction

• Excellence at following processes and improving them

• Excellent communication processes

• Coordinate the actions of the Ops team

• Coordinate the requests of the customer

• Be the head of the Operation at the site

• Review issues and provide solutions based on the information available and the experience you have.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS and equivalent experience

• English (fluid)

• Team handling

• Teamwork

• Capacity to resolve issues

• Experience handling customers and diverse teams

• Experience coordinating diverse teams to execute an action

• Customer facing experience
