This role partners closely with leaders to translate business objectives into people strategies that enable high-performing, scalable, and engaged teams.

-
Advise leaders through complex employee relations matters, ensuring thoughtful, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes in partnership with Legal and People Operations.
-
Support workforce planning efforts, including headcount planning, role design, leveling, and career path clarity across teams.
-
Partner with Recruiting and leaders to shape hiring strategies, interview plans, and onboarding readiness for roles.
-
Lead and support performance management cycles, including goal-setting, calibration, promotion discussions, and development planning.
-
Use people and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leaders.
-
Support change management efforts related to reorganizations, leadership transitions, new initiatives, or scaling teams.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operation and Recruiting to deliver cohesive people solutions.
-
Create clear, leader-ready materials and communications to support people programs, organizational changes, and talent initiatives.
About You:
-
You have 3–5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, ideally supporting Sales and Customer-facing teams.
-
You bring strong experience coaching leaders on performance, team dynamics, and leadership challenges.
-
You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity and can translate business needs into practical, scalable people solutions.
-
You have a solid understanding of employment laws and compliance considerations (e.g., FLSA, contractor classifications) and know when to escalate appropriately.
-
You’re data-informed and able to identify patterns and insights that drive better people decisions.
-
You balance empathy and rigor, advocating for employees while supporting business outcomes.
-
You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
