What you'll do
Python Programming: Should have ability to be hands-on (actively writing production level code), strong system design skills.
AI/ML: Evidence ofexposure to Generative AI, along with the ability to influence engineers and C-level stakeholders.
Leadership: Representation as thought leader within domain space and developer community. Respected thought leader in given online communities equipped with great written and oral communication skills. With the willingness, ability and expectation to work across several timezones leading over 60+ engineers.
This role requires

15+ years of relevant technology experience with 8+ years of architecting platforms and frameworks that operate at a high level of scale
-
5 years of experience in cloud platform with a focus on Generative AI
-
Proven experience implementing Dev Sec Ops practices in enterprise environments
-
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with integrated security controls
-
Extensive experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
-
Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
-
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security implications
-
Experience with secrets management solutions (Hashi Corp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, etc.)
-
Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or C#, with a solid grasp of AI-focused libraries such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Hugging Face Transformers, and other frameworks that support generative AI development.

Knowledge of generative models, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI’s GPT series, BERT, and Transformer architectures. This involves understanding their architecture, training methods, and applications.

Familiarity with cloud platforms that offer specific support for deploying and scaling generative models and RAG knowledge base

Ability to align AI/ML initiatives with broader business goals and outcomes, understanding how AI can drive value and competitive advantage.

Proven years’ experience creating AI Proof of Concepts and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and supporting multiple business domains
Bonus points if you have

Experience working across multiple cloud providers and implementing cloud-agnostic security solutions

Expertise in Kubernetes security and service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio)

Familiarity with API security and OAuth/OIDC protocols

Strong background in platforms and tools such as OpenAI, Azure Semantic Kernel, AWS Bedrock, and other machine learning technologies, with a focus on Generative AI and open-source AI frameworks.

The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of salary for the listed position. This role may be eligible for the corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Estimated Base Pay Range**$202,000—$272,000 USD**
